Flosum is expanding our sales team, and we have an immediate opening for a sales account executive to service many parts of the US region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and history of repeated sales success along with being dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process.

With assistance from the resources at your disposal, you will be responsible for the account planning and execution necessary to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue quota and strategic goals within your territory. Your primary goal will be to assist in growing our commercial sales department with an emphasis on outstanding customer service.



Qualifications: 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience

Successful Account Executives have experience doing deep levels of discovery and objection handling at every level. They are engaged with their customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are trusted advisors to the C-Suite and the end users.

Preferred Requirements: – Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- Previous Sales Methodology training- CRM experience- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions- Strong customer references- 4-year BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience- Should have sold selling experience to IT departments
