We are looking for a professional individual for an administrative personal assistance position which would add a grate value to the company and who will assist the company’s with administrative tasks, special projects and acting as the point of contact for any employee..

Duties include:
Greeting visitors, answering phones, basic Administrative and clerical duties.

Set up travel plans, room reservations and transportation services for internal employees.



Take meeting notes.

Order office supplies.

Pay rate: $20-30/hr depending on experience

Working hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

Skills:Qualifications:
MS Office experience from a previous work environment: Word, Excel, and creating/editing PowerPoint slideshows.

Quickbooks experience.

Must be extremely detail-oriented and a team player as this person will be working with many different personalities.

Takes Initiative to keep busy even if all the assigned work is completed.

Experience in administration, scheduling and organizing. Skill in coordinating a range of administrative assignments by determining time, place and sequence of actions to be taken to successfully meet deadlines.

Bilingual.
