Position Summary:
Provides administrative support within the Business Development Department. Supplies information, maintains files, schedules appointments, produces correspondence and otherwise relieves Managing Director of administrative and business detail. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, and typically require originality and/or ingenuity. Relies on experience and judgment and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under minimal supervision and may periodically assist in orienting and training franchise owners.

Duties & Responsibilities:
30% – Review National Account & Orkin Termite status reports; FDD updates; coordinate, review and update data for the Franchise Termite REI Program; oversee changes to the Franchise Service Agreements on Diamond Choice; Produce acquisition reports for Division Presidents; prepare and send direct mailing letters; Monitor performance of franchises to ensure satisfactory service delivery to Orkin customers and adherence to Orkin brand standards; Manage the day-to-day issues raised by the franchisees and Work effectively with all Rollins Support Center departments to encourage and facilitate franchisee’s access to all appropriately entitled home office resources per the agreement; Identify training needs of franchise operations and facilitate the delivery of same; Provide support and oversight of new franchises to ensure both a successful branch opening and commencement of service to existing customer portfolio.

30% – Build/Update/Manage Franchise Data Systems; Create, submit & notify Franchises of new passwords; Review and update Franchise Territory database – 1 hour per franchise; Maintain contacts database; Assist in scrubbing direct mail lists. Collect and review information provided by franchises as required by the Franchise Division audit guidelines to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement.



20% – Answer & return approximately 5 to 10 calls a day; General filing & office work; Coordinate & Process FOCUS Transfers to and from Franchises; Prepare Check Request; Trend Report & Memo; Sales Contest Report & Memo; Review & prepare Legal documents for signatures, mailing & filing.

10% – Franchise Owner Meeting (i.e. venue selection & setup, coordinate event, prepare reports for presentations/awards); Coordinate new franchise opening; Event planning/management; Scheduling diligence meetings with sellers.

10% – Proof data entry; Facilitate the following between National Accounts and IT: Provide assistance with ordering BOSS Mobility printer kits; Provide ServSuite Support ; Answer/review/forward approximately 100 incoming emails a day; Provide Client Service Support (i.e. Track Service Request, New Starts, Inspection Requests, Service Issues, Missing Payments, Service/Customer Changes); Update, modify and oversee changes to ServSuite Programs & Events; Perform other duties assigned.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and various programs. May require problem solving skills, analytical skills, budget preparation and expense control.

Required Experience

Education: Requires a high school diploma, some college preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years of related experience
