Seeking a FULL-TIME (40-hours a week) customer savvy telephone representative. This is a very fast-paced environment. You will learn A LOT here. This is a great position for someone who has worked in call centers or a phone room and is looking to make the move into more of an office setting. PLEASE READ ALL JOB DUTIES BEFORE APPLYING

Job duties:

* Answering Telephone calls (Heavy call volume), taking messages and completing forms in accordance with company procedures
* Answer customer service line and provide answers/resolve issues for customers accurately record all necessary details of customer concerns/issues
* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
* Heavy Filing and data entry
* Maintain and update customer files
* Communicate and work with other members on your team
* Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
* Maintain the utmost professionalism in all situations
* Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

-People Person (friendly and understanding)
-PUNCTUALITY

-Strong communication skills
-Strong organization skills
-Ability to handle many tasks as once
-Must be eager to LEARN QUICKLY, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
-Comfortable with being on the phone
-High Call Volume
-Case/Account Management Experience preferred but not required
-Must be able to work in a team environment
