A global company is shifting its metro Atlanta office from inside the Perimeter to Gwinnett County, taking 350 jobs along with it.
CGS Inc – “a worldwide provider of organization applications , business learning and outsourcing services” – announced Mon that it had moved to a metropolis of Peachtree Corners. CGS’ Atlanta-area location once was in the Perimeter Centre area.
The Peachtree Corners space is 55,000 square feet, officials explained, and “provides much-needed room for expansion” for the 350 personnel who offer “business process outsourcing services to some of the world’s largest brands.”
One of 18 places for the firm, it really is at 3795 Data Travel.
“CGS’s decision to find in Gwinnett makes an excellent statement about the company’s self-assurance in the effectiveness of our organization environment,” Gwinnett County Commission Chairman Charlotte Nash explained in an emailed declaration. “We are thrilled to welcome them to our community and so are confident that they can see continued growth and success here.”
Multiple companies have moved headquarters from Gwinnett County to inside the Perimeter lately and years, including NCR and WestRock. CGS, even so, marks the second organization to reverse that craze since the start of summer.
Crawford and Company, an insurance firm with clients in above 70 countries, announced in May that it had been moving its global headquarters – and about 500 careers – from Perimeter Center to Peachtree Corners.
